Tue, 5 February 2008 This red donut session came in the middle of a day-long yoga bootcamp. The group just completed a 3- hour hot power yoga class. Timing:
00 Minutes begin discussing fear. 17 Minutes begin drawing the Red Donut 27 Minutes we introduce presence and blue concepts 36 red donut gets ripped off easel 46 minutes infinite blue 58 minutes fill in the blanks

Here it is: Philip Urso has studied A Course in Miracles for 12 years and publishes 2 popular podcasts on The Course and live Baptiste Power Vinyasa classes on iTunes. He regularly leads workshops/intensives on The Course, often with Course themed Vinyasa yoga. He is certified to teach Baptiste yoga by Baron Baptiste and has assisted Baron at over a dozen 8-day teacher trainings nationally and internationally.
